-we are still around...busy with all sorts of activities...getting ready for the Christmas season...excited to be spending it at home for the first time ever...but will miss our families desperately! thank goodness for skype! we will still be able to see one another
on Christmas Day!
we've been picking up some small items for baby along the way...one of the items was this globe ornament. i could not resist it. we found it at crate and barrel and for some reason i just felt we needed to get it. i hope to start a collection of meaningful ornaments for baby and have a small Christmas tree in his or her bedroom each year. so i guess this is the first of many ornaments to come.
hope you all are having a wonderful December! we'll try to add some more posts before the end of the year...it's hard to post on nothing. hopefully next year will bring many wonderful and exciting posts to share! we are hoping and praying that we will not have to wait longer then june for our referral...but we know that it's all up in the air and could change any minute. so we'll see! thank you all for walking along with us on our journey to become three. the wonderful thing about this Christmas is knowing that next year...
there will be three of us as a family!

I LOVE that ornament! I have decided to collect one a year for Alex - this year's is a ball with people of different ethnicities holding hands around it (Fair trade from India).
love the globe ornament! such a special 1st ornament for little C! :) hope 2010 brings lots of fast-pacedness [what?! that's not a word?]. hope a referral for little C is just around the corner.
